This immersive four-day retreat for is anyone 18+ who identifies as a woman to connect with the deep well of resilience and well-being that is within us all. Guided by a yoga therapist and a mental health professional who specialize in stress and trauma, we bring an integrative approach to those who have hit the limit of traditional mental health strategies.
This program is for those who want to:
Rewire old emotional patterning
Release long-held tension in your body
Move through your nervous system triggers with guidance

This is an intensive day retreat and we will provide breakfast, light lunch and snacks each day.
